وقرر الحكم إشهار البطاقة الصفراء لمونتييل بعد تحذيره شفهيًا عدة مرات في الدقيقة 44.

بالدقيقة 45 تحصلت المكسيك على ركلة حرة لعبها فيجا لكن تصدى لها مارتينيز في الوقت المناسب. فرصة فيجا أمام الأرجنتين 

وأشار الحكم أورساتو إلى 5 دقائق وقت بدلاً من الضائع في شوط المباراة الأول، شهدت فرصة للمكسيك وسدد فيجا أقوى من اللازم.

لعب ميسي الركلة الحرة في الدقيقة 51 لكن تسديدته جاءت أعلى مرمى أوتشوا.

وتلتقي تونس وفرنسا في تمام الساعة الخامسة مساءً بتوقيت “القاهرة” على ملعب “المدينة التعليمية” بقيادة الحكم النيوزيلاندي، ماتيو كونجر.

Journalist Santi Aouna, along with fellow reporter Dahbia Hattabi, has revealed two players that the club are looking to snap up at the end of the season as PIF attempt to bolster Eddie Howe’s Premier League squad.

Aouna Tweeted: “Info with @DahbiaHattabi: Newcastle wants to recruit two French people next summer: Benoît Badiashile, whose price set by Monaco is around €40m. Moussa Diaby from Bayer Leverkusen.”

St James’ supporters will be delighted

The St. James’ Park faithful will surely be delighted with this news as both players would be fantastic additions to Eddie Howe’s squad.

Badiashile is worth roughly £34m – according to Aouna – and Diaby is reportedly valued at £75m by his current club Bayer Leverkusen. This means that the pair could cost as much as £109m to sign this summer, although PIF could work their magic and negotiate more favourable deals to make them both viable targets instead of potentially obliterating the budget on two players.

Diaby, 22, has been sublime in the Bundesliga this season and would add an extra level of attacking threat to Howe’s team. He has produced 12 goals and nine assists in the division as he has been able to show that he can consistently deliver at the top end of the pitch.

Meanwhile, Newcastle’s top scorer in the Premier League has six goals and their top assister has set up four strikes so far. The Frenchman would, therefore, be an upgrade on what Howe currently has to work with in terms of scoring and creating goals.

Badiashile would also be a top signing as he would bolster the centre-back options at the club. The 21-year-old has averaged a solid SofaScore rating of 6.91 across 20 appearances in Ligue 1 as he has shown that he can put in excellent displays on a regular basis despite his young age.

His experience, and performances, at this stage in his career also suggest that he has the scope to develop further and improve as a player in the years to come. This means that Newcastle would be signing a player with potential as well as someone who can make an impact in the immediate future, which is also the case with 22-year-old Diaby.

Therefore, the supporters will be delighted with the club’s interest in both of these players and they will surely be hoping that PIF can get both of them over the line.

After dismissing Gloucestershire for 159 Leicestershire moved into a commanding position by reaching 147 for 1 at stumps to lead by 283 runs.Greg Smith was still there at the close on 70 having shared stands of 69 with Matt Boyce and 78 with Jacques Du Toit to complete an impressive day for the home side. But it was a feeble batting performance from Gloucestershire who still harbour hopes of snatching the second promotion place from Division Two. After the start was delayed for 45 minutes because of early morning mist and damp conditions, Gloucestershire lost their last eight wickets for 105 runs in 45 overs.It would have been an even lower total but for a determined innings of 61 from Hamish Marshall. The next-highest contribution came from opener Jonathan Batty who made 29. Batty began the day on 24 with Gloucestershire 241 behind at their overnight 54 for 2. But having added five runs to his score Batty was caught behind off Matthew Hoggard to bring to an end a third wicket stand of 71 with Marshall.It proved to be the last partnership of any substance as the Gloucestershire innings subsided in the face of some accurate bowling from Leicestershire’s seamers and spinners. But there were no more alarms as Smith reached 50 off 89 balls and, along with Du Toit, steered Leicestershire safely through to the close and into a match-winning position.

Segundo o ‘Uol Esportes’, Goiás e Vila Nova entraram em ação conjunta contra a emissora. Além disso, a TV Anhanguera, afiliada da Rede Globo, responsável por organizar o concurso de musas, vai proibir a participação das candidatas de outras equipes no programa.

Além da postagem nas redes sociais, o Goiás emitiu uma nota oficial confirmando que tomará medidas judiciais cabíveis contra a emissora.

O Goiás Esporte Clube se sentiu ultrajado com a maneira desrespeitosa e constrangedora com que a senhorita Karol Barbosa, eleita recentemente Musa Esmeraldina 2018, foi tratada no programa “Os Donos da Bola”, da TV Goiânia, afiliada da Rede Bandeirantes de Televisão, nesta quarta-feira, 21.
É, no mínimo, inquietante que um veículo de comunicação, que deveria contribuir com o crescimento cultural da sociedade, difunda pensamentos tão retrógrados, que remetem a mulher como objeto, um típico comportamento preconceituoso, antiquado e degradante.
O clube esmeraldino se posiciona totalmente contrário a atitude absurda do programa “Os Donos da Bola” e reitera seu comportamento em busca de respeito ao ser humano, independente do gênero.
Tanto que, no último fim de semana, o Goiás esteve representado pelo gestor de marketing, João Grego, e pela supervisora de marketing, Jéssica Rezende, no 1º Seminário de Mulheres Esmeraldinas, evento pioneiro na região Centro-Oeste, que discutiu exatamente a importância da participação feminina no futebol, em especial no Goiás Esporte Clube.
Não é somente o futebol que não aceita mais estes comportamentos desrespeitosos com as mulheres, a sociedade em geral tem se posicionado de maneira firme contra aqueles que insistem em agredir de maneira grosseira o gênero feminino.
O Goiás Esporte Clube, através de seu departamento jurídico, tomará todas as medidas cabíveis visando a devida apuração dos fatos.

رونالدو كان قد صرّح بأنه لا يحترم المدرب إريك تين هاج في تصريحاته النارية خلال المقابلة التي جمعته بـ بريس مورجان منذ يومين. 

شبكة “ESPN” الأمريكية، أكدت أن تين هاج عقد اجتماعًا مع إدارة النادي، بوجود جويل جليزر المشارك في رئاسة النادي والرئيس التنفيذي رتشارد أرنولد، وجون مورتون مدير الكرة أمس الإثنين.

وأشارت التقارير، إلى أن تين هاج يرى بأن كريستيانو رونالدو تجاوز في حق النادي، وأخبر الإدارة بالتخلي عن كريستيانو، وأنه لن يعتمد عليه بعد الآن.

مانشستر يونايتد كان قد أصدر بيانًا أمس الإثنين، وأكد من خلاله بأنه يحقق في تصريحات كريستيانو رونالدو التي هاجم فيها مدربه والعديد من الأشياء داخل النادي الإنجليزي.

وأخبر تين هاج رؤساء النادي، أنه ليس على استعداد للتضحية بالوحدة التي يعمل عليها داخل الفريق، ورحيل كريستيانو رونالدو سيكون مفيدًا حتى لو لم يتم التعاقد مع بديل في يناير.

رونالدو لديه عقد مع مانشستر يونايتد ينتهي في صيف 2023 المقبل، ولكن يبدو أنه من المستحيل استمراره حتى نهاية العقد، وسينتقل إلى مكان آخر في يناير.

“Do you know what? With Eric, it was his first proper season as a centre-half – where he committed to being a centre-half – last season. So I think he found it a little bit difficult. This season, with a year under his belt, he seems a lot more confident.

“But one thing that struck me about Eric straight away was that he was a leader. He was a vocal player on the pitch and I think someone like him has been perfect for Romero. He’s a really intelligent guy too, he speaks different languages so it’s helped definitely.”

The verdict: Transformation complete

There can be no doubt Dier has endured a difficult spell in what was at one stage a blossoming career for the 45-cap England man. Despite one-time being a shoo-in for the Three Lions, the Cheltenham-born defender now hasn’t appeared for Gareth Southgate’s side since November 2020.

However, following some early struggles as a central defender, this season Dier boasts an impressive 6.96 average rating in the Premier League, helping to keep 12 clean sheets and making 3.7 clearances per game (Sofascore).

With a World Cup in Qatar to come at the end of 2022, a potential top-four finish and UEFA Champions League football on the horizon, Dier will no doubt welcome the recognition for an upturn in form ahead of a monumental year.

That wasn’t the only thing for Wolves fans to celebrate either, as Neto made his long-awaited return from a serious knee injury in the second half. It was the Portuguese’s first appearance since last season, a significant milestone in his recovery.

The Latest: Whelan welcomes Neto’s return

Speaking to Football Insider, Whelan welcomed the return of the 21-year-old, believing that Neto can be a crucial figure for Wolves in the coming weeks and months.

The former Leeds striker gushed: “That’ll be a massive boost for their European chances. He’s a very exciting player and they are a solid, well-organised side.”

The Verdict: Huge for Wolves

Neto was arguably Wolves’ best player last season before he got injured, scoring five times and registering six assists in the league, so his return is enormous.

With Adama Traore now on loan at Barcelona, the Portuguese winger restores some much-needed depth to Lage’s squad in that position and he will likely be a regular starter again before too long if he can get anywhere close to his pre-injury performance levels.

Neto has the ability to not only bring out the best in Raul Jimenez, who hasn’t always been on top form this season – he has only scored five goals in the league – but also provide the spark to inspire Wolves to a European finish.

Some patience will be required initially, though, as he works his way back to full match sharpness.

Aston Villa are open to letting Cameron Archer leave the club permanently if the right offer arrives, The Athletic’s Gregg Evans reports.

The lowdown

In January, Villa loaned Archer to Preston North End for the remainder of the 2021/22 campaign. The striker has been hit a Deepdale, scoring six goals in 14 Championship appearances and averaging one every 182 minutes.

North End have already enquired about the possibility of another temporary deal when the current agreement expires.

Archer isn’t the only Villa prospect plying his trade in the second tier, with Jaden Philogene-Bidace establishing himself as a regular for Stoke City before suffering an injury.

Evans tweeted on Friday morning that Villa’s plan A is to give Archer ‘the chance to feature in the first team next season’.

They would, however, ‘consider selling’ the youngster if ‘a lot of money’ is involved.

The Villans aren’t entertaining the idea of sending him out on loan once again in 2022/23.

The verdict

Archer has already shown real promise for Villa’s first team, bagging a hat-trick against Barrow in the League Cup second round in August before scoring against reigning European champions Chelsea at Stamford Bridge in the same competition a month later.

The problem is that Villa already have Danny Ings and Ollie Watkins, who cost a combined £57.1million, on their books, and are reportedly keen to add Luis Suarez to their ranks too.

Opportunities, then, may be limited for Archer in the short-term, but you still fear that Villa could come to regret selling a player dubbed ‘absolutely sensational’ by The Birmingham Mail’s Ashley Preece.

Perhaps they ought to reconsider their stance on another loan move. It looks to be a win-win given that he’ll gain further experience of the men’s game and potentially build his transfer value further in the process.
